I am currently taking a program to become a government certified teacher. I have experience of teaching children in USA for about 2 years and I really enjoyed it. I like to motivate my students, mostly let my student solve the problems and challenges alone because I believe in that way students can practice more with the grammar, but I am happy to help my students if they find it too challenging.

I have three years of teaching experience. And I've taught more than three hundred students. As a language teacher, I try to use different materials. For a smooth process of teaching Korean, I use textbooks, pdf files, videos(Korean drama and documentary), books, and K-pop music. I've taught all levels and ages, from the very beginner to advanced speaker. I've always studied the topics the students wanted to talk about.

As a language teacher, I have to be explicit communication with my students in terms of interacting, stimulate cognitive and consistency. In my previous teaching experience with teenagers, I learnt from them to be patient and keep motivating what is their goal and want to be. Of course, there are many dispositions to teach them. But, my key of teaching are fun, easy and practical. We can have a good time learning Korean many different ways such as K-drama, K-pop if you like any of those. I think the most important quality as a teacher is the ability to encourage learners. Learning a language is not always easy and there are ups and downs. And it requires quite a bit of efforts and dedication. I believe that a good teacher makes learning more pleasant even when learners bump into obstacles, and makes them feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can speak without feeling nervous. So I try to be a good listener. I also try to make each class fun and helpful with lots of preparation.
