Ich habe an der LMU München u.a. das Fach "Deutsch als Fremdsprache" studiert. Während meines Studiums habe ich ein Auslandspraktikum am Goethe Institut in Rio de Janeiro absolviert. Ich habe bereits für zahlreiche Sprachschulen und Firmen in München unterrichtet. Seit 2015 bin ich selbstständige Deutschlehrerin und habe mich auf Business-Deutsch spezialisiert.

My lessons are entertaining because I am a really curious person that is definitely going to make you speak. I am creating authentic conversations using well prepared teaching materials. I have had a lot of experience in professional and freelance settings. I've tutored and taught English, German, and History since about 2013. I am currently working on getting my teaching degree at SUNY Oswego in Oswego, NY. I like to have a personal connection with my students in order to get my students comfortable and motivated to learn English or German. Since the beginning of 2020 I teach students German (A1 - B2), help them with spoken language and preparing for exam. I see students as friends because I think it's easier for them to talk informally. But I will also correct you as a teacher and help you getting better.

I try to make my lessons fun and enjoyable. In our first lesson we will get to know each other and decide together how we want to design our lessons. We will make various exercises which will be based on your level and your skills. The lessons should match your expectations and if you like to change something or to practice some skills more specifically, we will do so. I also like to give homework, if that is fine by you.

I am a very calm person which enables me to fully point my attention towards the student. I strive to cater my student with topics according to their levels. Never too easy, but just right to make my students sweat a little. I know how to motivate students in the right moments, in order for them to have fun while learning and having a guaranteed stamina. Because it for sure takes work to learn a language, and I would love to help others reaching their goals.
