I consider myself very organised, friendly and supportive, but most importantly, I am passionate about teaching, and encourage my students to become confident and independent in their learning. I specialise in adult language learning. I dont offer lessons for children and teenagers.

Mes cours sont presque 100 % en français et conviennent aux élèves qui parlent déjà un peu français (niveau A2 au minimum, B1 idéalement). My classes follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. I do my best to make them as fun and interactive as possible :) The most important for me is that my students can gain confidence in their speaking skills. My teaching approach is based on multimedia resources such as videos, songs, images and audio files. During our first interview, I will test your level to provide you with pedagogical materials adapted to your needs. I also work as a DELF test examiner. En tant que tuteur l'on peut décrire mon approche comme étant patiente, compréhensive et explicite. En effet ayant moi-même emprunté ce processus intimidant où l'on découvre ou approfondit une langue étrangère, je capable de COMPRENDRE les difficultés (prononciation, blocage à l'expression) rencontrées par l'apprenti et de le guider au mieux (écoute, analyse, ajustement).

As a teacher, I teach in the same way I would like to be taught when learning. I rely mostly on my own experience in learning new languages. I have different levels in the different languages I speak, which makes it easier for me to adapt the lessons to the level of the student since I know how it is to be at their stage of learning. I am patient and don't mind repeating a same things as many times as necessary for it to be understood. I believe that the most efficient way of learning is by practicing as much as possible without being afraid of making mistakes, because it is through them that we learn.

I am passionate about foreign languages, moreover, language learning is important for my career, so I know the difficulties and obstacles to overcome when learning a foreign language; and I will make this course both fun and effective for you to progress quickly in French.

J'enseigne maintenant depuis quelques années: après avoir cotoyé divers publics, j'enseigne aujourd'hui à l'université en France. Adepte des nouvelles technologies et des jeux, je privilégie beaucoup l'aspect oral dans mes cours. Pour rien au monde je ne changerais de profession !

I know what it's like to learn foreign languages, so I try to make my lessons clear, interesting and funny. We will learn not only the language but also talk about the culture, curiosities and stereotypes.

Après avoir obtenu mon Master FLE à Rennes, j'ai commencé par travailler dans une Alliance Française en Italie, puis un centre de langue universitaire en France (à Rennes), une Université en Argentine, un lycée en Thaïlande, une école de langues en France (à Bordeaux), une Alliance Française en Nouvelle-Zélande et un Institut français en Sicile, Italie. Maintenant je suis enseignante en free-lance. Lors de chacune de mes expériences, j'ai enseigné à des cours de groupe mais aussi des cours particuliers pour un public d'enfants (à partir de 2 ans), d'adolescents et d'adultes. Cela fait maintenant sept ans que j'enseigne le français aux étrangers et je suis toujours passionnée !

En Chine, j'ai fait de mon mieux pour aider les étudiants à se préparer à leur entretien CELA, pour venir étudier en France. I have obtained my teaching French as a 2nd language certificate in 2013 and now I am writing a master's degree thesis about the use of social media in teaching French. In China, I tried my best to help students prepare for their CELA interview, the one they have to pass in order to go study in France, and it's always a moment of pride when they tell me they DID IT!

I began my education first studying a Spanish degree in France. I then decided to continue my education to obtain a Masters degree in Inclusive Education at the University West of Scotland. I also completed two training in teaching, obtaining the following: a TEFL certification (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), and a MOOC certification (Teaching French as a Foreign Language). I first taught Spanish, French, and English as a substitute teacher in public schools in Sweden (grades 6-9). I then taught French and Spanish to adults in a language school, and finally, I worked as a French teacher and was the Head of Language Department at an international school.

I teach Italian, German, English, Spanish, Russian, French, Dutch, Catalan, Portuguese, Greek, Hindi, Arabic and Esperanto (at different levels). I specialise in multilingual teaching (up to 10 languages in one course) and I am a certified language examiner for English, Italian, Russian, French, German and Spanish. I hold an MA in International Communication, an MA in Didactics, two BAs in Translating and Interpreting and a CELTA (Certification in English Language Teaching to Adults).

Regarding my language-learning experience, I started learning foreign languages intensively two and half years ago. I began to look for native English and Spanish speakers on several exchange online platforms, in order to improve my skills in both languages. In return I gave them help with French. Talking with people from all around the world has changed my life in a way I wouldn't have imagined so far. Indeed I've managed to reduce my French accent, and I also have become more fluent thanks to the entertaining and absorbing conversations I had with each of them. Besides, this made realize that I undoubtedly want to dedicate more efforts to French teaching.
