I have experience teaching levels beginner-advanced. I like to have fun, and get to know you as a person, so that we can learn English in a natural and relaxed way. However, I also like to have a structured lesson, making use of various materials.

As a teacher I am very patient, speaking slowly and carefully and checking the student’s pronunciation and understanding. I am able to think of and present new ways of explaining a particular point should the student have difficulty in understanding. I am currently a senior in college, and I am a teaching assistant for Japanese.  I help teach Introductory Japanese as well as Intermediate Japanese, so I am familiar with how a course is laid out in a higher education environment.  I have personally tutored many of my friends, family, and colleagues, and I have enjoyed every bit of it.
