A key aspect of what I do as a teacher is to help the student find a language learning process that is enjoyable in itself. Yes, it is helpful to know why you want to study a particular language and what your goals are but above all, you need to have a learning process that is enjoyable in itself because only then can you reach mastery (or whatever goal you have a mind) while having fun along the journey. Often, this involves letting go of your inner perfectionist, embracing failure and learn to enjoy making mistakes. When we free ourselves in this way, we can start to play with the language itself and as a result, we will learn much faster and have a much better time while we are learning. The primary focus of my teaching is to develop the speaking ability of the student. We do this by first understanding your motivation for wanting to learn Swedish and then we iteratively design a process that is enjoyable and takes you closer to your goal. During the lessons, we'll practise speaking in ways that directly relate to what you want to learn and we'll look at past speaking experiences to understand what you need to develop right now. I have special skills in helping people achieve good pronunciation and if this is one aspect you're looking to improve, we'll also work closely on rhythm, intonation and phoneme quality.Öğretim materyallerim
