Hello there! My name is Juleigh, but most people call me Leigh and I am an English teacher. I have a bachelor's degree and a TEFL certificate. I am a native English speaker from Johannesburg, South Africa. I love travelling and meeting new people. I love learning about other cultures and trying different foods! I also enjoy taking long walks, reading and cooking for my family and friends. I lived in South Korea for 2 years and I am from a multicultural country; this means I can relate well to people and I celebrate diversity and uniqueness.

It is important for me to create a safe and nurturing learning environment where my students feel free and comfortable to learn. I have taught children and adults of all ages. My goal is to see my students achieve their goals and become fluent English speakers. My lessons will be tailor-made to suit each student's learning needs. I am a patient teacher and I understand the challenges that come with learning a new language. I am also a good listener and I am here to help you learn in a fun and relaxed way.

I am a very flexible teacher. I will cater to my students' needs. I believe speaking practice is very important when learning a new language. I can help you with conversation practice, vocabulary, reading, pronunciation, grammar and many more things. I want my students to feel free to make mistakes because that is how one learns.
