My name is Doreen. Am from Tanzania, I reside in ''Arusha City' the Hub of African nature. I fluent in Swahili and English. I am a banker for almost 6 years in several departments in different cities including Zanzibar. However am very passionate about languages, culture and food. I enjoy travelling and meet new people, have fun as much as I can and take pictures for the best memories. I have been in several countries in Asia and Africa. I love to interact with my friends/ people for fun and growth. Interesting part is, my inner gem lies on architect with an amazing designs. Mostly, I am very excited to improve my French, interact and learn other people culture.

If your looking for a teacher who could help you to learn or practice Swahili language from Zero, then your in a right place. Am very passionate on languages and i will be happy to teach you swahili from one step to another. I am a patient teacher who understand the struggle of learing new language and i will be glad to help you step by step. Swahili is very common language in East Africa and I will be glad to teach you my native language which carries a spectacular culture. I have several ideas while learning such as games, stories which will help you to learn Swahili at ease and improve your vocabularies and pronunciations. My wish for you is the possible way to boost your language.

My way of teaching is based on understanding your needs as a student also I will be glad to know the area of your interests and will arrange a syllabus out of that based on your language level too. I love having interested conversation with my students. In my personalized lessons you will improve your pronunciation, grammar as well as vocabularies. I will be more than happy to share with you my Swahili culture and so much about East Africa. I hope Italki will be the best place for your language learning resolutions and more.
