I am Saloua, your community tutor! I have a master’s degree in finance and I grew up bilingual speaking French and then Arabic. I love learning languages myself. I have been learning English since I was 15. I learned Spanish during college and my current challenge is to learn mandarin chinese. My interests include scuba diving, freediving, dancing, martial arts, personal development, art, etc. p.s. I will have more open slots starting June 2021!

I want the overall experience to be stress free and tailored to your needs and interests. I will either provide a standard course or we can adapt as we go.

Lessons will be adapted according to your learning style (visual, verbal, aural). I will emphasize on the method that works best for you. If you do not know yet what is your learning style, we can find out together! - Beginner to intermediate grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. - Articles or events as topics for conversation.

Saloua is the perfect teacher. She is funny, interesting, and can talk about a variety of topics in spite of my limited French abilities. She is patient with mistakes, but also consistent with correcting mistakes. She always sends my corrections which I appreciate. She is a better teacher than I am a student, lol. Most of all, her classes are simply FUN. And learning should be fun.
