Hello everyone and thank you for visiting my profile! I feel blessed that you take the time to read this so I can introduce myself. I am a Dutch teacher who loves to meet new people, explore different places, spend time in nature and ride a bike (as a typical Dutch :) ). I have learned several languages myself: English, Spanish and German, so I have a lot of practical experience and can relate to you. I love to learn from different cultures and worldviews. As I have lived in several countries in Europe and South-America I can understand you well. A language can open doors for you to new experiences and I am always open to listen to and learn from them all.

As a teacher I like to give 110% in every lesson, because it is important to me that my students feel like they advance in their path to fluency with every class. I want them to be proud of their efforts. I tailor the lessons to my student's personality and interests, wich is possible because it is one-on-one. I put quality before quantity. I like to exchange ideas and experiences with my students, because we learn by telling stories, more than any other way.

My style of teaching is very spontaneous and dynamic - I like to exchange interests, opinions and create a space where we can have a good conversation - whilst I am able to correct any mistakes that you make. I am specialized in the inburgeringsexamen, integratie-examen and will help you to pass it with excellence. I believe that practice makes perfect and regardless of your level of Dutch, I will have suitable materials to help you improve your Dutch language skills.
