Please feel free to ask about schedule if you can't find the time! My time is very flexible. Hello everyone, I'm Yukiko. I'm living in Chiba, next Tokyo in Japan, but have lived in Canada and the UK before. Since my major was English at my university in Japan and my main job was import and export, I speak English fluently. I hope I can help you learn Japanese! 皆（みな）さん初（はじ）めまして！ゆきこと言（い）います。今（いま）は東京（とうきょう）の隣（となり）の千葉（ちば）に住（す）んでいますが、カナダとイギリスに住んでいたこともあります。大学（だいがく）で英語選考（えいごせんこう）、主（おも）な職歴（しょくれき）は輸出入（ゆしゅつにゅう）を経験（けいけん）しているので、英語（えいご）での会話（かいわ）も問題（もんだい）ありません。日本語（にほんご）を学（まな）ぶお手伝（てつだ）いをできればなと思（おも）います。どうぞよろしくお願（ねが）いいたします！

*I don't have any experiences to teach as a proper teacher unfortunately, so please choose professional tutors if you would like to learn properly. I will focus on to what you would like to learn the most. Also I will talk in a formal Japanese normally, so I ask you to talk in a formal Japanese as well for the first (you may be able to talk casually if we get know each other well.). 残念（ざんねん）ながら私（わたし）は先生（せんせい）としての知識（ちしき）は無（な）いので、専門的（せんもんてき）に学（まな）びたい方（かた）は、プロのチューターに教（おそ）わるのをお勧（すす）めします。皆（みな）さんが一番（いちばん）学（まな）びたいことに集中（しゅうちゅう）して教（おし）えていきたいと思（おも）います。尚（なお）、私は敬語（けいご）で話（はな）す予定（よてい）ですので、最初（さいしょ）は皆さんにも敬語’で話’すことをお願（ねが）いしています（レッスンを複数回（ふくすうかい）した後（あと）なら、カジュアルに話すこともできると思います）。

You can choose the communication tool, Skype, italki classsroom, zoom, LINE or whatsapp. I have "Daily conversation", "Basic Japanese" and "various way to learn Japanese" lessons. *If you will choose "Basic Japanese", you must have what you would like to learn and tell me in advance! Otherwise I can`t understand what I should teach you. *I don't use any textbooks, so please bring or suggest something what you would like to learn! 会話（かいわ）、基礎（きそ）、敬語（けいご）のレッスンがあります。特（とく）に基礎を学（まな）びたい方（かた）は、学（まな）びたい項目（こうもく）や学びたい材料（ざいりょう）を事前（じぜん）に教（おし）えてください！私は教科書（きょうかしょ）を使わないので、その項目がわからないと、何（なに）を教（おし）えるべきかわかりません。皆（みな）さんが学（まな）びたいことを教（おし）えていきたいと思（おも）います。

Yukiko is friendly and easy to talk with. I highly recommend her as a wonderful teacher and an incredible mentor for anyone's Japanese learning journey!

Talking with Yukiko today, it seems like she lets me in on the "secrets" of the language. After our conversations, I feel like I know things that other people learning the language don't. Like certain contexts in which to use a particular word, or noun/verb combinations that are grammatically correct, but sound really strange to a native. Now, I'm going to have even more fun learning the language by creating short stories! I will try my best to write as well as I can with what I know, I just hope it lives up to expectations. Looking forward to the next lesson!
