Hello world! Language to me is a tool to get us closer to each other. I’m a certified English and Spanish teacher with six years of full-time teaching experience, and a traveler with equally six years of full-time travelling experience. I've lived and taught in Argentina, Panama, Mexico and Australia and travelled to 36 countries. ¡Hola mundo! El idioma para mi es una herramienta para acercarnos. Soy profesora certificada de inglés y español con seis años de experiencia en la enseñanza a tiempo completo, y viajera con seis años de experiencia viajera a tiempo completo. He vivido y enseñado en Argentina, Panama, Mexico y Australia y viajado por 36 paises.

I had the pleasure of studying Spanish with Sofia since April 2020, Sofia is an excellent teacher - knowledgeable, engaging, enthusiastic, demanding (in the best possible way!), fun, talented and generous with her time and energy. In no time I was able to start understanding grammar, pronunciation, etc. and a deep appreciation for this beautiful language. Sofia is so much fun and just a genuinely nice person. I would happily recommend her to anyone interested in learning Spanish.

Sofia was very patience, creative and displayed support for my lesson with her! She helped ease the shyness one can experience from learning a new language and made it fun! I was provided tools to help me further my goal of learning Spanish. I’m excited for my next lesson with her! She is great!
