I really enjoyed my lesson with Maria. She was very organized and helped lead the discussion as I requested. She was very fun to talk to and I really appreciated that it was not exactly a normal lesson. She shared with me a ton of new informal vocabulary and details about Colombian dialects, like slang that you won't find in any official Spanish dictionary. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for good conversational practice with a very organized and attentive teacher, but especially to those looking to learn interesting vocabulary specific to Colombia. Great lesson!

Maria is always so much fun to talk to! She’s very enthusiastic and is a great conversation partner. Also, she’s very organized and has a bunch of resources and presentations about the Spanish language as well as Colombian culture. I really enjoyed learning about the history and significance behind the Colombian flag, as well as their dollar bills and the notable people on them. Lessons with Maria are always a pleasure!
