My name is Alexis, I am French, from a city called Nantes and I currently live in Madrid, working as a waiter in a restaurant. For most of my professional life I have had the opportunity to live abroad, in various countries, including Romania (where I spent a year on Erasmus in the beautiful city of Cluj Napoca, Transylvania), Dublin, Ireland for 8 months and a year in Warsaw, Poland; as well as more than three years in Spain, living in Alicante and Madrid. Partly due to my travelling and due to my studies, I am fluent in 3 languages: Spanish C2 level, English C2 level, French native. Prior to work as a waiter I held the position of a recruiter (headhunter) within international companies.

The most important thing about me is that I adapt my teaching style to what you want and need, to your objectives and interests. I have experience in giving French lessons, as I taught French for approximately 6 months, when I lived in Warsaw, where I was employed by a company named Lang Language School. I was providing lessons to those within international companies, with an emphasis on corporate vocabulary and French business language. In addition to that employment, I gave French and Spanish conversation lessons in coffee shops on the side. Due to my previously mentioned experience as an international recruiter, I feel I would be able to prepare my students for interviews and job searches

Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım

I truly believe that it is easier to learn and improve a language when you are having fun and enjoying yourself. Therefore I would spend the first session, taking time to understand your level and the topics you are interested in (so I can adapt my classes and prepare educational materials such as videos, articles, etc.) and set objectives on both short and long terms. In my opinion, the conversation should be interactive and I should be able to give you feedback and tips along the class and at the end of each session.

Looking for French business/interviewing? Here's an actual recruiter. There are no words - I am super picky about my language teachers and with Alexis I got way more than a teacher. He is strong on business acumen and as a former recruiter, he knows exactly what employers are looking for so can help you shape you writing, presentation accordingly. You'll be hard pressed to find someone w/ this skill level. And he's also just really nice, responsive and goes above to help his students.
