My name is Michael, and I'm a native speaker of English from Southeast Texas in the United States. Learning languages has been a passion of mine for many years. I'm an intermediate speaker of Spanish, but I'm also learning French and Italian. In addition to languages I am a huge opera fan, and a figurative fantasy artist (although I am currently recovering from a debilitating hand injury). I have two sons on the autism spectrum, and I'm caregiver to my wife of 19 years, who suffers from a variety of illnesses.

I'm very patient, and easy to talk to. There's no need to be nervous because I know what it's like struggle to speak another language. Making mistakes is part of the learning process, so just get comfortable and let the words flow.

I have been more than one year looking for an English teacher who focuses on pronunciation and I had a great surprise on Mike's class. He used the reading as way to teach and make improvements in the pronunciation. For me, it's a great methodology. I really enjoyed the class and I already book a couple of more classes. Accomplish a trial class and discover what I felt.

Mike is always try to understand what I want to tell patiently. He is a good tutor that can be considerate of a biginers feeling. If you look for a tutor that who do I recommend from the italki list. Undoubtly I recommend Mike as your English tutor.
