Ciao! Hello! ¡Hola! こんにちは。 • My name is Marianna, I was born and raised in the Northern Italy • My origins come from the wonderful Calabria region • I've been teaching Italian since July 2020 to adults of any level and nationality, and from May 2021 on I'm a CEDILS certified teacher • I have a bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages with a major in English and Japanese Studies • I have a DELE B2 certification • When I don't teach I run my Instagram account about Italian language and culture; I watch documentaries about animals and travels; I watch Disney, Marvel and Ghibli's films; and I keep practising conversation in English and Spanish

I'm a certified teacher and I keep studying and improving my knowledge and abilities in order to do the best as possible for my students. I consider myself as a helpful, patient, resourceful, and caring person. I teach Italian in other platforms too, such as Preply and AmazingTalker. Most of my students are beginners and Spanish-speakers, but I have students of higher level too and from other countries of Europe and Asia. So, I love to face new situations and improve my experience. At the moment I teach to adults only.

• For beginners: I start from the Italian alphabet and I focus on those sounds that are particularly difficult for foreigners. Then I follow the main programme. • For intermediate/advanced students: I don't follow a strict programme. In fact, students tell me what they want to study. For example, we focus on a particular part of grammar or we simply have conversation.

Después de un par de clases y de haber probado otros profesores puedo decir que recomiendo bastante a esta profesora. Es simpática y las clases son relajadas y divertidas. Las clases son en italiano, cosa que considero fundamental a la hora de aprender un idioma, pero también habla español/inglés para explicar cualquier duda que pueda surgir. En poco tiempo he conseguido tener algunas conversaciones básicas. Sono molto contenta.
