Maria is an excellent teacher. The first thing I really appreciate about studying with her is that we are using a textbook, as opposed to conversation only classes or random worksheets. This type of guided study is filling in a lot of the gaps in my knowledge of Spanish. The second is that Maria’s command of the english language is top rate. She is a true linguist and this shines through in all of our interactions. Finally, her personality is warm, welcoming and witty. We never fail to find moments of laughter in the midst of all that learning. I look forward to many more lessons with Maria as I continue the journey.

I love working with Maria. She is patient and supportive, and the exercises are the good kind of challenging.

Another brilliant and fun lesson today talking about different houses and suitabilities. It amazes me how much my Spanish improves with every lesson with María. Each lesson brings me closer to my dream of being able to speak Spanish confidently in all kinds of situations. For that I am very grateful to María 😄
