I was born and grew up in Gifu prefecture in Japan, but I am living in US for 20+ years. Currently I am living in New York. I like to teach Japanese but at the same time, I like to learn other languages too. Currently I am learning French.

I regularly teach Japanese by doing the language exchange with other language learners on italki. By teaching, I realize that Japanese is very unique language, and I found teaching the language is more and more interesting. I would like to help more people interested in the language by being a teacher here on italki.
