Susan thanks for you candid and neutral feedback and your input in coaching me on interviewing my customers. You do so much preparation for our lessons that impresses me. I see clear progress in my skills and confident level thank to you.

Having classes with Susan is always a pleasure, she is very knowledgeable and funny. On top of that the fact we have similar work background (Project Management) it is a plus.
