No. Creo que el liderazgo puede ser más fácil para algunas personas, pero es solamente una habilidad y creo que todas de las habilidades son aprendibles. Hay elementos del liderazgo que pueden ser habilidades innatas, pero liderazgo no es solamente una cosa también.

Some people are born to be a leader. Their ability sets them a part. They have some skills like taking decision, leading a team and etc. However, an individual can also be a leader. They need to learn and have some qualities such as charismatic, responsible, unprejudiced and optimistic. Also, a person can attend conferences and work as a volunteer.

Absolutely incorrect. I'd never agree with leadership is an innate skills. Leadership is the skills everyone can learn. It's all about leading and managing people, nothing more than that, so regardless of by whom parents gave birth it doesn't matter. We all can be a leader. People become a leader by attending courses, many learder goes for leadership course after they got promoted to managing level positions hence it can be learn and not an innate skill. Everyone has different quality of Leadership. Some may be aggressive but this type of leader never flourish. Some leader knows how to make colleagues happy so that they will do their best to boost up the business. According to me a leader must have knowledge of how to handle a situation wisely in a critical time. At the same time they should know what policies or terms and conditions to apply, productive changes implementation. In conclusion each one of us is a leader in some way or other of our own life. People are watching you and me what decisions we are doing on daily basis. If we setting a great example infront of the people around us which somehow you're having a quality leadership. Leadership is just taking a wise decision and executing them in our life. Please recommend me how can I form or get an idea to have persuasive and convincing writing style. I will answer to this question by explanation of leaders. I think there are two types of leaders one is that type which have innate skills of leadership. They usually perform their duty in a very unique way. I we look most of the great and famous leaders are of this type. The second type of leaders are those which don't have inborn skills of leadership. So some have modified their behaviour like a true leader and many don't care of these things they only care of their personal interests.

Yes I do , because there are some people who can’t control the team or make a true judgment , but they can do some of the work that any team needs, so the sum up every person around the world has talent if she / he works on , they will be important like the leader

I think that is 80% innate skill. The rest is how the leader uses that skill. I think each person has a talent and one of them is leadership. Now, like is an skill whoever can learn about it. The difference it’s that person who is not a leader innate has a challenge from of him.

Yes, but can be improve along the away. Some people have the skill natural while others need develop this ability. In both case the leadership is inside. Of course there are those which do not fill comfortably with the idea to be a leadership, they preferer to follow rules and be redirect for instructions. Leadership brings responsibility and more attention, for those does not like the idea this can be a stressful environmental, isn`t it?
