My name is Dennis, I'm 27 years, born in the Netherlands. I just returned to the Netherlands from Australia, where I lived for about 10 months. There I discovered what I like to do most; teaching! I was teaching about history, guitar lessons and Dutch. I've got my Bachelor of Commerce, but after working in an office for a year, I discovered it's not my thing. I really want to teach! That's what brought me to italki.

The most important things to know about me as a teacher are that I'm really patient and have a high infectious enthusiasm. For you, this means you won't have to be afraid of making mistakes or think the lessons will be boring. I'll make sure it will be fun! Like the great Bob Ross used to say: We don't make mistakes, we have happy accidents.

Depending on your skills level, I set up my lessons. My teaching style is similar to beginners as well as advanced Dutch speakers. In my lessons, I want to get you excited about speaking and learning Dutch. By letting you talk about what you are passionate about, we'll get you excited to speak up.. in Dutch!

De les was erg hulpzaam. Dennis neemt de tijd om mijn geschreven en gesproken taal perfect te corrigeren. Echt belangrijk als je op een hoog taalniveau bent. Tot volgende les!!!
