Bas is a great teacher; definitely one of the best language teachers I've ever had. He's well-organized, very professional, flexible, engaging and supportive. He always has lessons planned ahead, but at the same time, he's open for suggestions and ready to adjust the plan according to your needs and preferences. And that won't be just a quick change on the go (although he's great in addressing ad hoc questions too!) but rather a well-thought plan with learning material tailored to your needs. Besides that, there's never a dull moment. Bas has tons of interesting information to share, be it a word, expression, idiom or a grammar rules explanation, which he somehow manages to deliver in a fun and engaging way. Absolutely love our lessons!

Fantastic Lesson!

This is already the 8th lesson with Bas, for those who are looking for study dutch, I strongly recommend him. I have tried several teachers before I book my lesson with Bas, but once I had my 1st lesson, I had no doubt but immediately booked a package. He teaches you everything from pronunciation to grammar, he added a lot of cultural explanation into the lesson so you can understand why and how in-depth. He is always punctual and well organized. He is a nice teacher, always patient and encouraging but at the same time, very precise, he also provides a lot of suggestions and materials to help you. This is exactly what I want when I start to learn a language.

Today Bas gave me some feedback on grammar exercises and we talked a lot in Dutch about interesting topics. Bas was clear and supportive as always!
