Since I am 16 years old I worked teaching little kids English to help my parents pay for my studies. When I turned 19 I had the chance to travel to the US and live and work in Hawaii for 4 months, and that's where I could master English at an advance level. I studied Management and Tourism and because of my career it was a requirement to speak English fluently, that's why I decided to not only teach English, but to teach Spanish to tourists that came to my city either for work or for tourism. Now, I want to be able to keep teaching many people from different countries and help them improve their Spanish in the best way possible.

Decidí ser profesor cuando tenía 14 años. Yo era un mal estudiante que odiaba las asignaturas de lengua española e inglés. Olvidé ese sueño para estudiar electrónica e ingeniería mecánica. Tuve que aprender inglés por mi cuenta al terminar la universidad, y desde entonces me encantan los idiomas. Comencé ayudando a una amiga mía a aprender inglés y descubrí lo que realmente me gusta. Llevo siendo tutor aquí en Italki desde marzo de 2017 y he aprendido mucho más de mis alumnos que en cualquier curso académico. Creo mucho más en la comunicación real y en el amor por los idiomas que en la gramática, que utilizo solo como herramienta en casos puntuales.

Gracias a mis propias experiencias he comprendido que hay muchas formas de aprender un nuevo idioma. Puede ser desde pequeño en la escuela, o ya en edad adulta de manera autodidacta. Me gusta centrarme sobre todo en la expresión y la comprensión oral. Podemos tener conversaciones sobre viajes, comida, historia, deporte, trabajo y todo lo que se te ocurra. Soy una persona muy curiosa a la que le gusta enseñar y aprender de los demás.

I have had experiences with friends from other countries and nationalities, helping with exams, tests and doubts. They were interested about learning Spanish language as a second tongue. We prepared and studied the exams to be sure what it asked to solve. I propose to develop activities and tasks to comprehend what is your level of Spanish. However, these activities could be suitable to you. Therefore, the student will feel more comfortable with the lessons.

I am a very patience teacher so you are never going to feel embarrast or bad in my lessons, I try to create a perfect environment to learn Spanish, one that makes you feel protected and encourage you to speak Spanish . I work as a primary teacher in Spain so I have a lot of experience with kids and beginners in a new language. I know a lot about my subject I am always studying and trying to improve my teacher knowledge and skills. I have different approaches to teach you Spanish, focusing on grammar, communication, helping you with the DELE exam, or even learning some specific Spanish for small purpuses like traveling, businness, or introduce yourself in Spanish.

I studied in order to be an English teacher, I have 2 years of experience teaching. Therefore, I can borrow many methods and techniques that I am used to implementing. I really care that when I teach, the student could enjoy the process of learning the language.

I studied at International House Buenos Aires to become a teacher and I ´ve finished my master´s studies at Universidad de Barcelona to be a spanish teacher for foreigners.

As a teacher I am always willing to help my students in any struggle they could have, being a teacher for more than 6 years thaught me that every person is different so you have to be flexible and understanding in every situation because no matter how difficult could be but you will always have something to extract from the students. Values such as patience, empathy and encouragement are essential in every teacher and having been worked with children had gave me some skills which I always try to transfer to my students no matter what the level is. I have 3 diplomas in High Education and I’m an E-Learning expert. At the universities and academies where I work, I teach information technologies but I have been teaching Spanish for many years now and it is something that I love. Teaching online is the best option to reach students all around the world and my experience with E-Learning teaching methodologies gives me some advantage to achieve the student's goals.
