After graduation, I wanted to study more about other things. Then I've realized I have some talent for teaching because many people around me have said to me so. It's also true that I like to help other people, so I started to study 'Teaching Korean' to get certification for about a year. I've been teaching Korean on Italki for about 3 years and I have an experience that I tutored my friend and her daughter living in their country, Norway. Now I can say it's my full-time job which I really enjoy. I think I'm so grateful to have this job because it's always enjoyable even though when I'm tired.

I have lived as an exchange student in the U.S., so I can teach you Korean in English. With five years of teaching experience, I will teach you Korean with perfect preparation and kindness. You can study anything from Hangul (Korean alphabet), grammar, pronunciation, listening to articles, and Topik Test. I'm a language learner first and a teacher second. Having this background helps me have a heightened level of patience and understanding when I work with my students. You can take all the time you need in the world to say whatever you want to say. I can step in when you need me. Think of me as training wheels on a bike! I also encourage you to get used to making mistakes. No one succeeds without making mistakes. I love teaching the Korean language and having interesting, cultural conversations. As far as corrections go, they are given in real-time, and students are encouraged to make their own notes. I'll try my best to make the corrections as easy as possible to review on your own.

I worked during my bachelor's time as an English teacher at different private colleges. I worked with young learners at a public primary school in Turkey. I tutored a lot of private courses to different levels of learners with English and Turkish. I participated in the Korean Language Teaching Programme in 2020 and worked as an intern Korean Teacher at Ankara Korean Culture Centre. My student profile was varied in terms of age, profile, and background. Currently I give lessons to young people who have interest in Korean Language

Originally, I wished to be a English teacher. That's why I major in English. I like to meet people and chat with them. And I like to let them know what they don't know or want to know about. So, I taught many students from elementary school student to high schoolers since I was freshman in university. Besides, while I was doing military service, I taught English to one of my colleagues. Of course, not only English, I taught some Korean to foreign friends who met from university.

누군가를 "지도"해본 적은 없지만 외국 친구들에게 한국어를 재미삼아 알려준 적은 많아요! 그래서 어떤 부분에서 헷갈려하고, 어려워하는지를 잘 알고 있어요.

I have a lot of experience speaking to and teaching people of all levels of Korean, from only a few words up to advanced levels, so no matter what stage you are at, we'll be able to have great conversations together where you can learn a lot. As a Russian student I know exactly how hard it can be to learn a new language but I also know how fun it can be. By learning a new language we get to meet new people and learn about different cultures and that makes it all worth the time and effort.

My Korean accent is Seoul accent. I passed the English test for immigration with many trials and errors, The experience I gained at this time is becoming an important foundation for teaching Korean. Teaching Korean is different from speaking Korean. Teaching Korean effectively and efficiently depends on experience. I also continue to evolve as a teacher. I will always learn new and better ways to present material.

For language learning, it is very helpful to have native speaker of that language to teach and help you to correct mistakes, especially speaking and writing. That is why I use italki for more experience with native speakers, and this is why I like to teach foreigners. I am patient to wait for answers and carefully listen to the students. Furthermore, I enjoy answering their questions! Eu posso falar o portugues um pouco. Será uma boa lição para se comunicar apenas com a língua coreana. E muito útil ter um falante nativo professor para ensinar e ajudá-lo a corrigir erros, especialmente falar e escrever. Eu sou paciente para as respondas alunos e eu gosto de responder suas perguntas.

在成均馆上大学期间做过个人的家教。当时是教中文。一位是在电视台工作的职员，一位是销售职员。根据他们的兴趣爱好和职业来进行教学。尽可能的让学生把学到的中文应用在实际当中。在课程中，加入童谣和流行歌曲辅助课程知识的记忆。语言的学习在我个人经验来看，输出要比输入更重要一些，能够把自己学的语言应用起来更重要，而且是不断地找机会去联系。

When I was in university, I helped exchange students to adapt well in Korea. I hung out with them once a week and tried to communicate in Korean as much as possible. I corrected their sentences immediately and taught some fun Korean slangs. Also, I'm currently helping my coworker in Singapore by teaching her business Korean. I review her email and give feedback sentence by sentence. We chat in Korean every day like a friend. So I think I have excellent rapport with people making them speak up more. Since I'm a very passionate person with a huge responsibility, you will not only feel comfortable but also learn a lot from me.

I can surely tell I am a very patient and kind teacher. I have always thought that the most important thing of being a teacher is to give confidence and accomplishment motivation to students, especially in learning languages. I have never taught someone as a teacher, But, there are many experiences of telling about Korean culture and Korean language to foreign friends. So I want to be an Italki teacher who can help to practice conversation in Korean together and share my thoughts. 저는 선생님으로서 누군가를 가르쳐본 적이 없어요. 하지만, 외국친구들에게 한국의 문화와 한국어에 대해 말해준 경험은 많이 있어요. 그래서 저는 한국어로 대화하는 것을 함께 연습하고 제 생각을 공유할 수 있는 아이토키 선생님이 되고 싶습니다.

저는 언어 부분에서는 지도 경험이 없지만, 한국에서 1년간 수영 코치, 미국에서 3달간 수영 코치 일을 하면서 누군가를 가르치는 것에 대한 자신감이 있습니다. 많은 회원들이 저와 함께 수업하기 원했고, 각자 원하는 요구를 최대한 다 들어드리며 열심히 일을 했습니다.

I really enjoy connecting with people and teaching what I know. If I have to describe myself as a teacher.. I'd say that I'm pretty easy-going, cheerful and fun to talk to. I'm very responsible and serious about what I do and I expect the same kind of commitment from my students.
