I am curious, open-minded, and flexible, meaning that I always try to adapt to my student's needs. I believe that the more fun you have, the better you learn! My main focus is a conversation, however, I am open to go through single grammar topics and adapt my lessons accordingly.

I really love sharing my passion for languages and I enjoy the most seeing how my students progress in their language studies. I speak slowly - as much as it can be a drawback in life, it is an asset in teaching, because this helps the student processing the language easier, at their own pace. I have formal education in all of the languages, so I know and I can help with grammar if you need. My main goal, though, is to help you improve your speaking skills. Having learned multiple languages makes it possible for me to understand the struggles in language learning and to offer clear explanations and concrete tips about different aspects of the language or the learning process itself.

After a short period of time in Egypt I was asked by friends and other people if I am teaching german or if I would be able to do so. So I mostly gave (private) conversational lessons as a part time job (for around 3 years). I am currently not teaching beginners or children!

I am a very patient and encouraging person which is why I am trying to create a warm and inspiring learning atmosphere, where you as a student can feel comfortable and study German with me without any pressure. I try to provide you with a variety of vocabulary for different contexts and to mediate a feeling for intuitive speaking.

When I was in high school I discovered my passion for helping my classmates with homework and then I decided to bring this to another level and offered tutoring in the following: Biology, Geography, English, French and German. Later when I finished my degree in foreign language correspondence (mainly translation and correspondence in German, English and French) I started traveling a lot and I got to know people from other countries. I have regularly given one on one classes in many different parts of the world where I have traveled to and lived in. It has always given me great pleasure seeing people improve their language skills.

I am convinced that learning a new language in a natural way like children do, is the best and most efficient way to speak on a native level. You don't have to struggle with endless amounts of grammar exercises, studying grammar books or long lists of vocabulary in order to gain fluidity. Before children learn about grammar rules in school they are about 10 years and speak fluently. I have been tutoring children and teenagers for six years now and concentrating on conversations mostly as well as keeping them motivated is one of the most essential tools. Seeing my students making progress and achieving their goal within only a short time is an incredibly rewarding experience!

I am experienced with working with people of all ages. I enjoy working with students in groups and one-to-one sessions and love seeing them improve their german through my encouragement and tenacity. Fun is important and to create every lesson as unique as possible. I like to use role-plays and photocards in the lessons as that keeps the lessons exciting. Also, I use texts that are of interest to my students because I have improved my English grammar with reading. Most importantly it's the relaxed conversations in German I have with my students that improve my student's skills and gives them the confidence they need.

I am a firm believer in making learning - especially language learning - fun and am convinced that with this, dedication and immersion you can get pretty much anywhere in a language! But also: don't be afraid to mess up! Everybody makes mistakes when getting into a new language (I've been there), and sometimes it will seem like you'll never stop making the same mistakes, but I am happy to help and go over things multiple times.

I was often used to help refine the pronunciation and sentence building of my schoolmates, when I was younger. Thus, I can easily speak slower, with an accent that is easier to understand or use words which are more basic. I have learned a lot on iTalki, until now. I believe my teaching has improved and my system works. I have had complete beginners, thus I feel comfortable with taking the first steps with you. Nonetheless, I am also guiding more advanced students. I myself do occasionally make mistakes, whilst on this path of becoming a good tutor, if something surpasses my knowledge, I will make sure to find it after our lesson and fill you in.

Thanks to my language studies in Italy, where I attended university, I understood how important it is to use the new language every day to make steady improvements and I also know how difficult it can be to learn it when you have a busy life. I am a kind, friendly and patient person and would love to help you learning my mother language.

I've been teaching German for many years and I've taught students of all ages. For me, every student is special and I prepare every lesson individually based on your learning style, needs and goals. As a result, I will gradually develop your German and boost your skills and confidence in less time than you thought possible.

Ich unterrichte seit 10 Jahren an verschiedenen Schulen SchülerInnen unterschiedlichen Alters. Zurzeit unterrichte ich an einer Grundschule und einem Gymnasium. Ich habe daher sowohl Erfahrungen im Unterrichten von Kindern als auch Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen. Auf Grund meiner Unterrichtserfahrung und eigenen beruflichen Erfahrungen kann ich in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen helfen: Kurse für Kinder und Jugendliche, allgemeine Sprachkurse, Schreibtraining, Konversationstraining, Deutsch für den Beruf (Büro und Tourismus), akademisches Schreiben, Wissenschaftssprache etc. Ich bin eine sehr geduldige und positive Person und möchte, dass meine SchülerInnen Freude beim Lernen haben!

I can help you learn basics of German, English or Croatian language; teach you commonly used expressions, conversational phrases, or just help you with your school lessons or homework. You can also select a topic you are interested in, and I can prepare it for our next language session so you can practice speaking, learn grammar rules, or whatever you think you want to improve.

I’m an openminded person and full of energy. In my opinion Iearning a language should be an eye-opening process, with fun and being motivated, that I always keep in my mind. As a professional teacher I like to focus on your specific needs and give you the right hints where to focus to improve your german. As a language learner I can provide useful tips and tricks from my own experience in learning a language.

I have previously taught German and English in China and Thailand and what I noticed there was that many students after some point reach a plateau where their vocabulary is not improving that much anymore because they are discussing the same topics again and again. So as a teacher I like to focus on expanding my students' vocabulary so they can reach the next level of language learning through conversation, whether this means going from basic to intermediate or intermediate to advanced. During my lessons I create a comfortable enviroment where you can really try things out without having to be afraid of making mistakes.

I love sharing knowledge and ideas and I am very patient. When teaching I create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and where you can experience the joy of learning a new language. Making mistakes is very welcome and a big chance of learning. If you don´t find a suitable time in my calendar, you can always ask me to open another slot.

Language lessons can be fun, but language-learning is certainly time-consuming and occasionally frustrating. I am therefore aiming at establishing collaborative relationships with my clients to keep them inspired and motivated throughout our journey. Tengo experiencia enseñando por internet. Me gusta enseñar según el método "aprender al practicar" siempre y cuando se base en buena preparación de antemano. Ich habe Erfahrung mit Online Unterricht. Ich unterrichte am liebsten nach der Methode „Learning by doing“ solange es sich auf gute Vorbereitung stützt. I have experience with online classes. I prefer teaching through "learning by doing" as long as it is based on good preparation.

Ich möchte mir nebenher etwas dazu verdienen und fand die Idee als Community Tutor auf italki sehr interessant und würde mich dieser Herausforderung stellen und mit dir zusammen an deinem deutsch arbeiten.

Ich unterrichte hier auf italki schon ein paar Jahre und habe bald meine 2000 Unterrichtseinheit. Mein absoluter Fokus liegt in meinen Unterrichten auf dem erreichen der Individialziele meiner Schüler.
