Ich unterrichte seit ca. 2018 als Hobby Deutsch. Meine Schüler haben sehr unterschiedliche Gründe, warum sie Deutsch sprechen möchten und daher ist auch mein Unterricht sehr flexibel.

I studied cultural studies and law as a minor in Munich and German literature and media studies in Hagen. I already worked as a editor during my studies and gave German lessons in an integration class. This means that I have already been able to gain a lot of experience in language training, but also in dealing with corrections for non-native speakers.

It is very helpful to understand German grammar well, but it is the practical application of the rules that really leads to swift and lasting progress. My lessons are therefore designed around getting you to speak, read and write asap. I will help you to understand the HOWs and WHYs of German grammar in ways that are practical and will make you a more confident user of the language. We will also make sure you are using the language well, not just correctly. Beauty and formal quality matter a lot. If done in this way, learning German needn't be as difficult as you may imagine or have experienced in the past. It can – and should – be a luxury that you are motivated to indulge in frequently.

I discovered my passion for teaching not by teaching languages but by teaching new concepts. Working as a Scuba Diving Instructor put me in the position of having to teach more complex ideas to students often unfamiliar with them. From there, I became inspired to teach in a more traditional classroom setting. After completing a 120-hour TEFL course, I gained some classroom experience teaching English in a primary school. During this time, I learned a lot about how to engage with students and react to their individual needs.

I really like teaching, I've been doing it for 16 years. I'm fluent in Spanish and German as a mother language. I focus a lot on grammar and writing, but I also offer conversation classes. I guarantee you some didactic classes, in which you will learn a lot. I can improve your writing skills in Spanish. Together we can do perfect essays or what you need. If you have a job interview in Spanish or German, I can also help you practising in the language you need. I have a degree in Human Resources, so I know the skills you need for an interview. I am experienced with working with people of all ages. I enjoy working with students in groups and one-to-one sessions and love seeing them improve their german through my encouragement and tenacity. Fun is important and to create every lesson as unique as possible. I like to use role-plays and photocards in the lessons as that keeps the lessons exciting. Also, I use texts that are of interest to my students because I have improved my English grammar with reading. Most importantly it's the relaxed conversations in German I have with my students that improve my student's skills and gives them the confidence they need.

My lessons will be conversational for pupils with intermediate or advanced German skills (B1 - C1). My main goal is to teach you German in a fun way, where you aren't afraid of speaking and making mistakes. First we will set your goal, then I will help you to reach it. To actually speak a new language is problably the hardest part. Therefore I belief it's important to focus on topics you are interested in. I want to teach you how German is actually spoken, rather teaching you "textbook" German. Please note: I don't teach children or teens.

so far i tought german, and spanish every once in a while when it was needed from friends or friends of them. i also give reading lessons in german. And i like it a lot. i am a very empathic and patient person, and i like to create a comfortable space where one does not feel the pressure of having to achieve anything for my sake. but to be shure one knows what he/she can achieve for themselves. to widen his or her range of talking, writing and understanding german. and i think the best way is to simply practice it.

I studied German in university so I know what it like to learn the language. We can discuss any issues you have with the language and work together to find a solution. Especially if it is regarding grammar.

I like to make the classes student-centered: What do you as a student need to advance? How would you like to spend your lesson? I would like to focus on conversations, reading texts, pronounciation and basic grammar topics. I am still educating myself on grammar topics in the german language.

I want you to improve your german! From my experience the best way to learn a language is to speak regularly! I want to help you to stop your anxiety and building up a confidence level to finally have fun while you are learning a new language and not to be afraid to try! My native language is German, I am also fluent in English. At the moment I´m learning Sinhala and I know what it means to learn a new language and how hard it can be sometimes - additional to your lesson. So don't be afraid, I am a very fun, friendly and patient community tutor :)!

Meine Arbeit im Kinderarbenteuerhof und im Waldkindergarten in Freiburg hat mir besonders Spaß gemacht und dort habe ich Erfahrungen beim Begleiten von Kindern und Jugendlichen in Lernprozessen sammeln können. In meiner Tätigkeit als Tagesmutter habe ich die Lernbegleitung von 7 heranwachsenden Jugendlichen durch tägliche Hausaufgabenbetreuung übernommen. Derzeit unterrichte ich Deutsch,Mathematik und Musik für Freilehrner-Kinder in Costa Rica.

I am a Community Tutor and My Lessons are targeted at intermediate to advanced Speakers. I am an Open Minded Person who's very engaging and empathetic in a Conversation. Learning a new Language can be difficult. I still try to argue fluent with my Dad in Italian. Currently im learning Japanese 
so i totally understand how you feel sometimes when struggling to get your point across. Together we will figure it out and improve as i have a very casual and friendly approach with my Students. !!MISTAKES ARE PART OF THE PROCESS!!
