I'm very passionate about languages and that's my first trigger to get into teaching. I have 3 years of teaching experience. I developed ways to help people to learn easily different languages that I thought might be useful to share of.

I like for my students to understand and the best way for students to understand is by teaching them in a way that grasps their attention. I am a very understanding teacher and like to apply each student differently, according to how I see fit based on what they reveal to me. Understanding your student and how they are is the first and foremost before even beginning to teach.

Depuis 5 ans déjà, je suis professeur titulaire dans une école publique. J’enseigne le français comme langue étrangère aux petits enfants, aux adolescents et au lycéens. Depuis 3 ans, je suis formateur de langue française pour plusieurs entreprises qui se trouvent dans ma ville, donc j’ai aussi de l’éxperience de travailler avec les adultes et avec le français professionnel. Je travaille pour une entreprise canadienne, donc je me débrouille même avec le français québécois. J’enseigne aussi le français en ligne.

J'aide ces stagiaires à préparer leur examen (TOEIC, TOEIC bridge). Je suis une enseignante très patiente et positive, j'encourage toujours mes élèves en mettant en valeur leur progrès et leur connaissance.

As a teacher, it is very important for me to make sure my students take pleasure in learning a language and don't feel stressed or bored, and make progress at the same time. J'ai étudié à l'Université Nanterre Paris X l'histoire, la littérature et la philosophie, et je suis diplômée d'un Master de Médiation culturelle. J'ai récemment terminé une formation d'enseignement de FLE - Français Langue Etrangère, avec l'Alliance Française de Vichy. Travaillant actuellement à l'Alliance française, je suis tout le temps en contact avec des étudiants apprenant le français. Pour moi, la meilleure façon d'apprendre une langue est de parler avec les locaux. C'est comme ça que j'ai appris l'espagnol ! Le premier cours est centré sur l’évaluation de vos acquis et compétences, des notions de la langue que vous avez, et surtout de vos besoins et vos attentes.

As a teacher, I teach in the same way I would like to be taught when learning. I rely mostly on my own experience in learning new languages. I have different levels in the different languages I speak, which makes it easier for me to adapt the lessons to the level of the student since I know how it is to be at their stage of learning. I am patient and don't mind repeating a same things as many times as necessary for it to be understood. I believe that the most efficient way of learning is by practicing as much as possible without being afraid of making mistakes, because it is through them that we learn.

Mon métier est d'être responsable de formations dans le cadre de la formation continue tout au long de la vie. I have often taught Italian and have always been sociable and willing to talk about many different topics.

I have a great love for languages in general and have always been fascinated with how they work. I enjoy mapping one language onto another. I try to evoke this same interest in my students, and help them see both the similarities and the differences between their native language and the language they are learning.
