I moved to South Korea over a year ago and started teaching English to students of all ages. I have tutored and taught in academies while I've been here. It's always exciting to meet new students, as they all have different personalities. I have spent many hours assisting medical students in preparation for their USMLE Step 2 exam. This includes acting as the patient role, developing scripts, and empathy advice for a more natural conversation.

I am patient and kind, and lessons will move at a pace you are comfortable with. I am knowledgeable on a wide variety of subjects, so we will always have something to talk about. I am also charismatic, and I aim to create an environment where my student can express themselves freely and openly.

In our class, YOU will be doing most of the speaking! I provide delayed corrections as well as written feedback and explanations for you to keep and study. I am extremely patient and do my best to create a positive learning environment where we learn from our mistakes. We can discuss a variety of topics, news articles, or practice role-playing and interview scenarios.

Prior to becoming a Film Editor, I worked as an English teacher in Guatemala City where I acquired an English Teacher Certificate at IGA (Instituto-Guatemalteco- Americano) While working as a teacher; I had the opportunity to work with different types of people; I taught children, teenagers, and adults. My goal now is to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent teacher who will make a positive contribution to every student.

I am not an official teacher nevertheless I managed to learn 7 languages in the last few years and I am glad to share some of the best practices with you along the way. As an active learner of several languages, I can understand many of the challenges that my students face. It is also my opinion that learning, like many things in life, is more about the process than the destination, so keeping students engaged and interested is what I aim for in every lesson. I believe that understanding the culture is essential to learning any language. That's why in my lessons, I will try to introduce my students to some cultural background, drawing from my own personal experiences wherever I can.

For over 10 years, I have been helping students from all over the world to gain confidence in their English abilities. In addition to teaching English, I also teach Arabic in my community. I'm a native English speaker and have extensive experience in teaching reading skills, grammar, speaking, comprehension, as well as proofreading. As an autodidactic polyglot, I am pretty familiar with challenges and tricks of learning languages and I help students overcome and master them. I have a degree in Business and Management. After I graduated, I spent a year and a half in Cameroon french-speaking regions teaching English in a small language school as well as ICT and BUSINESS MATHEMATICS in a high school. I have worked with students of all ages and levels of English, and I have taught in both formal class settings and more casual conversation clubs.
