I studied Teaching English as a Foreign Language when I moved to Turkey and started teaching 3 years ago to 3 to 6 year olds at a private nursery. I also teach private lessons to more advanced students to improve their grammar and conversational skills but I have always enjoyed the beginners more and love watching a student gain satisfaction from learning a new language.

To me, one of the most important aspects of learning a new language is confidence. I know speaking a foreign language can be daunting at times, and I want to help you improve both your skills and your confidence through conversations. My aim is to make you feel comfortable when speaking to other people: there is no shame in making the occasional mistake or asking someone to repeat themselves.

I've been learning English since I was 4. I live in Canada and have the everyday possibility to speak with native speakers of English and I'm willing to share this life-changing opportunity with you! I have experience in passing the Russian State Exam in English and IELTS General for immigration purposes. That is why I know how hard it is sometimes to pull yourself together, go the extra mile, try to dig a little bit deeper. I'm here to help with various sources that suit your needs and interests.

Some people call me the most patient man in the world, and I think they're right. Although I'm still a community tutor, I'm studying to be a teacher, so I can help you with grammar, tenses, slang or anything else you would like to learn.

I am enthusiastic in what I do and love to share little tips here and there that will compliment my students' language learning habits in general, should they be looking for advice. I will find different ways to explain a concept and understand how to energize my lessons through new material. I am very patient and determined to only offer the best to help students reach their goals, whether beginner or advanced. I offer German/English conversation lessons for all levels as well as Italian and Spanish classes for beginner-intermediate levels. Note: While I do like emphasizing conversation, I know that many students will have different preferences and learning styles. Therefore I am flexible!

My key quality as a teacher is responsiveness. My goal is to create a space in which you can let your own curiosity lead the learning process. I consider myself a facilitator who can provide resources, feedback, explicit instruction or support in a way that responds appropriately to your level. I think it is very important to feel safe enough in lessons to do something incorrectly. I encourage mistakes and risk taking!

I have spent two and a half years working at a language academy giving classes to a wide range of students of different levels, ranging from babies to C2 proficiency classes. Additionally with my TEFL I believe I have gained a lot of experience and I believe that my classes are dynamic, interesting and that I have the skills to adapt to all levels! Most importantly, as a teacher I have a strong passion to help others learn and help people achieve their goals.

All of my teaching experience has been in both Costa Rica and Honduras. I taught a very small class each time and at a beginners level. I decided to become an English as a Second Language teacher because of my love of travel and people! Teaching English allows me to live anywhere in the world and have a flexible schedule to explore new places and cultures and teach about my own! Teaching in a small setting has gained me the experience of that which a tutor would gain, in that I know how to work closely one on one with an individual to help them gain the help that they need in a specific area of learning. I completed a 120 Hour Advanced TESOL course online and graduated with distinction.

As a teacher I try to focus entirely on you and personalise my classes to each individual student. I will find out what you are interested in and tailor our classes and exercises around this. I see myself more as a coach to help you through the, sometimes frustrating, language learning process. There are no stupid questions and nothing goes unanswered.

Over the past year I have gained a substantial amount of experience through this platform I am always looking to actualize my programs! I am very confident in my abilites and I think that there isn't just one best way to learn/teach a language, it all depends on a different variety of factors.Personally I believe that "attacking" the language on every front gives an overall better undestanding of it and therefore it makes it easier for the student to learn the language.

I am TEFL Certified in English and would love to teach you! I like talking about contemporary events and enjoy speaking about, art, history, music and different cultures. If you are interested in traveling, I am the right teacher for you because I have traveled through most of South America, Europe, and the Middle East. I can point you towards multiple resources for your travels and tools that you can use in work, for I have also worked in Marketing and studied my first BA in Business Management in Berlin. I believe in using media to help learn a language, songs, articles and literature are tools that are very helpful.

I am extremely patient and love to hear my students speak. I firmly believe that the best way to learn is by SPEAKING, and not being afraid to make mistakes. I'll never laugh at your mistakes, and you shouldn't feel bad for making them. I love hearing about my students' countries and cultures, and I use this to give you space to speak and learn.

I started to teach 5 years ago in Spain and it was a total coincidence and since then I love it. After 3 years of teaching in Spain I decided to go to Australia, where I did my CAE certificate and I obtained TESOL and TECSOL certificate for English teachers. I worked with students all ages from 5 months to 66 years old, all different levels ( beginners to advance). I worked as a teacher in Spain, Australia and China. I really enjoy teaching and I don´t want to do anything else in my life. I always have an amazing connection with my students. It is important to create an excellent atmosphere in my classroom.
