Hi, I’m Steve. I’m English and I live in the UK. I studied Psychology at University College London and worked mostly in the IT industry in different sectors: Government, Software House, Engineering company. I have a TEFL certificate and I‘ve taught English in the UK, Thailand, Vietnam and Colombia. I like keeping fit, reading, music, theatre and current affairs but my No. 1 passion is travelling. As a teacher I’m calm, patient, relaxed and easy to talk with. I offer different types of lesson depending on your level and what you want to achieve. Not sure? Why not book a trial lesson?

Ich als Lehrkraft

I’ve been teaching English to non-native speakers since 2015. My students have come from many different countries and cultures. Different students have different challenges with pronunciation and understanding. Different students have different goals. I understand that and I adapt accordingly and put the focus where it is needed. I have experience teaching at all levels and from age 6 years upwards. I am fortunate to be a native English speaker and enjoy helping others improve their English skills. Teaching is also an excellent way to exchange cultures and ideas. I know learning another language isn’t easy and I promise to be patient and honest with you.

My style is always relaxed and informal and I will help you build confidence. I offer students 3 types of lesson: Structured English Lessons focus on a specific subject such as family or work or a grammatical theme such as things that happened in the past. (A1+) Conversations in English Lessons are open and we talk freely about any subject and just see where it goes. (A2+) Professional English Lessons focus on English in a business context: presentations, interview preparation, goals. These lessons will also boost your professional skills. (B1+)

Man Steve will change yo future. I usually look for attractive mamis to talk to coz I’m desperately romantic, but Steve made me realize how we must make bros before hoes! Steve is the man hands down!!!
