I am a traveling teacher. I am 28 years old, I come from Rome and I graduated 5 years ago in teaching Italian to foreigners, but before that I was teaching Italian in different reception centers between Bergamo, Brescia and Perugia. I love to travel, to discover new cultures and to learn new languages, of course! I'm also passionated about photography and video-making as like as anthropology and music.
Ich als Lehrkraft
The inspiration for this job came to me while I was a volunteer in Peru, in a small school in the Andes. There, I realized that I enjoyed learning other languages and that I could help others to do so, as I could speak about languages for hours! Since I started working I have never stopped! I looked for and found work in Italy, France and Romania, in different schools and international institution, like the Istituto italiano di cultura og Bucharest.
Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil
If there is one thing I have learned from my studies and students, it is that the most important element in learning a language is motivation. And it's not easy to inspire the MOTIVATION!
I try with my didactic methods:
My method, which is only one of the many valid teaching methods that exist today, is based on the PLAYING element, the FOCUS on your (maybe our) interests and needs, the mutual EXCHANGE between teacher and student and knowing each other every lesson a little bit more.
I am convinced that teaching is truly an exchange, that from lesson 0 to lesson "x" we will change a lot, both for how we will live the lesson itself and for what we will try to do during lesson time.
