Hi! My name is Julia and I live in Kraków, which also happens to be my favourite Polish city! I'm studying Polish language and literature with comparative literature, so every day I'm getting closer to becoming a professional Polish teacher :) What I really like about my studies is that I get to learn about different cultures from all over the world and use foreign languages. My hobbies include music (pop music is my guilty pleasure), fashion and art and I'm always happy to try something new!

Ich als Lehrkraft

When I was 17 I went to a language school and met Nuria - a Spanish native speaker who made me fall in love with her language. To this day I think about how much I enjoyed her classes. Not only did I learn a lot about the language but also - how to teach effectively as a native speaker. I'm really passionate about Polish language and culture. Believe it or not, at uni I'm still learning it myself - so I'm ready to share all my tips and tricks with you. Nauka polskiego może być przyjemna i chętnie ci to udowodnię. Od zawsze pasjonowałam się polskim, a teraz jestem z nim związana naukowo i zawodowo. Ponieważ sama stale się go uczę, będę w stanie pomóc ci go opanować jak nikt inny.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

All my lessons are informal - we're not in school anymore and I would hate it if you felt like learning Polish is a chore to you. I like to keep things fun: let's talk as much as we can! I wanna get to know you, learn about your hobbies, things that make you happy AND what your motivation to speak Polish is. That way I can make sure that you actually make progress every time we see each other. And that you're looking forward to it :) To nie szkoła - nie musisz się niczym stresować. Przede wszystkim chcę poznać ciebie i twoje motywacje do nauki polskiego. W ten sposób mogę dostosować do ciebie metody nauki i obserwować, czego najbardziej potrzebujesz.
