I like to believe that I approach teaching from a different perspective than most teachers. The most important step for me to do in my lessons is it to put myself in the student's shoes. If I were the student, would I understand this? What would be difficult to understand? How can it be done in a simpler way? I also put a lot of my energy in connecting with my students to learn more about them, where they come from and their reasons for learning the language. In my lesson, it is very important to make the student feel at ease in order to create a safe and comfortable environment to make the learning experience for the student much better. My lessons are always altered to the student's needs. I try to stay away from the authority teaching style in order to diminish the hierarchy in the class room between the student and the teacher. I prefer to have more of a facilitating style. In my opinion, that will help the student learn better than just being lectured.Mein Unterrichtsmaterial
