¡Hola! Soy Celeste, andaluza de nacimiento y enamorada de mi tierra. Crecí en Jaén y estudié economía en Sevilla. He trabajado en París como consultora de recursos humanos y como profesora de español en Palestina. Soy muy dinámica, energética, y haré lo posible para que te diviertas en mis clases :) Hi! I'm Celeste and I am pleased to be your Spanish teacher. I grew up in Jaén, located in the beautiful Andalucía and I studied Economics in Sevilla. So far, I've worked as an HR consultant in Paris and as a Spanish Teacher in the West Bank. I am quite dynamic, energetic, and I would be doing everything to make my classes funny!

Ich als Lehrkraft

I have been learning languages all my life so I can empathize with the struggles of learning a new language and the challenges and the difficulties that may arise. I have also taught Spanish in the West Bank and now I'm studying a Master's Degree in Education. My main objective will be to develop a genuine interest in you about Spanish language and culture, so that it will become a passion for you! I am very energetic and I use from coloquial videos to formal articles, focusing on developing a good sense of spanish culture so you won't be considered a "guiri" any more.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

My methodology is very communicative: normally we will talk about real-life topics, things that interest you, cultural clichés, or simply bureaucratic struggles that are going to arise when you are in Spain or dealing with Spanish speakers. I sometimes guide the class with my own material proposing topics but we could also have a chat as if we were in the bar. For beginners, I have a complete guided course by me, with videos, readings and grammar books. I am creating it by myself with regard to the problems I have had myself learning from 0 a difficult language as it is arabic. *Sometimes I can start 2-3 minutes after the class if I have two or more in a role*
