Hello there, it’s Protyush Kisku, a language enthusiast. Precisely, I am a native Bengali speaker interested in learning about new culture and currently studying in Jadavpur University. Being a Bengali Literature and Language student myself I’m well acquainted with the difficulties that we face in learning a foreign language so it will be easy for communicating if any problem arises. Besides that, I like travelling, a cultural person who is profusely eager to learn about other cultures too and an influencer by passion.

I am currently pursuing Bengali Honours from Jadavpur University. I’m a native Bengali speaker who not only had Bengali as a first language since kindergarten till higher secondary but also spent the entire life revolving around Bengali folks. With over 3 years of teaching experience I've taught many students all over the world mainly from USA, other than that I also had students from UK, South Korea and Japan. My classes are interactive in nature where I teach Bengali using English as a medium of conversation/interaction with the students. Also, I do take notes regularly based on student’s feedback and make adaptations to the way of my teaching accordingly for quick and beneficial results.

Meine Stunden und mein Unterrichtsstil

Primarily, I use audio-lingual method to teach with the motto of – “Making learning a lot more enjoyable!” and I try to keep things simple and to-the-point which make things easily understandable. The central focus of my class is to escalate one’s oral and aural skills with modern, unique and special tips/tricks which makes learning a fun experience. In case of beginners I do focus mainly on oral drilling and repetition for better pronunciation and improving one’s fluency. For Intermediate/Advanced level students primarily I focus on comprehension and expression besides having conversations for escalating one’s fluency over Bengali.
