In my teaching practice I like to include a wide variety of resources depending on the students learning styles and preferences. I take into account the student’s motivation and likes in order to provide a great experience while learning.

I really like conversation classes. Based on real life situations we will be able to practice the basic skills to learn a language: grammar, listening, speaking Reading and Writing as well as learning vocabulary. I can adapt my language to your level so that you understand better. I can also talk with you about a wide variety of topics and help you learn the language.
I also love teaching by using songs, especially those which have a positive message. Music lyrics, just as music itself, are powerful means of communication, a way to express the authors’ feelings, perceptions, culture and beliefs about the world. All language skills can be worked through songs and it is a fun way too!Zeugnisse

Sereia was very kind and helpful in my lesson. She is an experienced teacher and made me feel comfortable learning particularly with me being at a beginner level. We also had a lot of common interests which always helps! Thank you for a great first lesson, I look forward to many more.

I had an excellent first lesson with Johanna! She was patient and encouraging. Even though I am at a beginner level, Johanna was so easy to speak with and before I knew it the class was over and we had only used Spanish the entire time! She tailored the lesson to meet my needs and work with me at my level. I look forward to booking more classes with her. I highly recommend taking a class with Johanna.
