I lived in Russia for 5 years, so I specialise in teaching Russian speaking students - I know what difficulties you have and I understand a lot of your culture! I am CELTA qualified and have worked in a few language schools, but I mainly taught privately in Moscow. I now live in Germany and work completely online - teaching adults and children of all levels. My lessons are professional, prepared and engaging. I am friendly and supportive while challenging you to push your English to the next level. We'll learn vocabulary and grammar, and then use them in conversation. During my lessons, I'll share tasks from coursebooks with you while giving feedback on the screen. DirectorI now work for my own company teaching individual students in their homes around Moscow. I provide training where I teach grammar and vocabulary in the form of articles, videos, songs and textbooks to improve students conversational skills. I teach ages 4 to adult. Level beginner to advanced including exam students.
2013 - 2014
English TeacherI taught English to groups and individual students from beginner to advanced using Cambridge English textbooks and as many of my own authentic materials as possible. Students always enjoyed my classes and improved considerably during our courses.
2012 - 2013
English TeacherI taught conversational English and UK culture to groups of students of all ages and all levels, though mainly beginner. I ran the speaking club and the school and taught some individual classes.
2011 - 2011
Volunteer English TeacherThis was my first teaching experience, teaching large groups of children English with limited resources. It was really fun and tiring, but I liked it so much I decided to do this professionally!
