I have always been tutoring others in languages as it is one of my key talents to explain difficulties to people in a thorough manner. I have traveled overseas to teach students of different levels and ages. I also taught as an online teacher for several years and I obtained several certificates throughout my years of teaching.

I have a degree in Education as a Spanish teacher and I'm also certified by Cambridge as an English teacher. As you can see in my resume I have several certificates, one of them is the IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) this enables me to help you with your pronunciation skills.

I am dynamic and I understand that every person is different than one another; so I always base my teaching fundamentals according to that principle. In this way, the more I understand the person I am working with, the more it becomes easier to explain things . I teach with a calm nature. Finding difficulties and discovering the weaker areas of students aids me in helping them more successfully. I am a motivational speaker. Therefore, even if a student might feel lazy or discouraged, I have the ability to spark the energy within them.

I'm a young and experienced teacher with a British Council certificate in English, Azhar University graduation certificate in Arabic and 9 years experience in teaching both languages along with Quran recitation, Tajweed rulings and all other Islamic studies. Although I've been using three languages since I was a kid, I didn't realize how difficult it is to learn a language until I decided to start learning Spanish as an adult. Learning a language as an adult made me a better teacher, someone who can truly understand my students' challenges and frustrations. I'm always learning new ways to teach, tweaking my strategies to best meet the unique needs of each learner. I understand language acquisition is a life-long process, and I always make sure to make each lesson count.

I love to travel. I have traveled to Germany, China, Hungary, Turkey, Ireland, Puerto Rice, and the eastern half of the USA so far. One of my favorite travel memories is playing soccer with Turkish children. I'm currently fixing a travel trailer so I can explore more of America and Canada. I have "grandma" hobbies such as reading, writing, baking, and knitting. I also have outdoorsy hobbies like hiking, kayaking, and volunteering on a horse farm. I'm a bit of a nerd, so I enjoy talking about things like Harry Potter. What things do we have in common? Let's talk about it! I show students a new thing in English every week. These things range from a good song to a comic I enjoy.

I like online learning. I create my own courses and materials. I enjoy teaching adults and high school students.

I believe learning should be fun. I´m not a professional teacher but over the years I got quite a few opportunities to teach German and English for fun (sometimes, in Myanmar, for example, also for cookies...) and every single time it was a very special experience.
