I'm a very patient and nice guy with learners from beginners to advanced, i'm excited to give lessons and share with everyone my large knowledge of this language with my future students.

I´m not a professional teacher but I took courses in couching and psychopedagogy because i really like teaching. I have directed groups of children and young people in workshops and I have been a teacher in volunteer groups. I love to talk in a relaxed way and I consider it the best way to learn the language and to know what needs to be improved. What interests me the most is that you can communicate without fear or shame. That is why I want you to feel that you are with a friend: I want the classes to be fun and you to have a good time but I want you to improve your spanish at the same time. I really like the spanish grammar, so I can answer all your questions. But, if I don't know some answers, I'll do some research so I can explain it to you later.

Estudié una licenciatura en la enseñanza del Español e Ingles por más de cinco años, lo que mas disfrute de mi carrera universitaria fue aprender las diferentes estrategias de aprendizaje, ademas de aprender como el ser humano aprende y adquiere un segundo idioma. Me apasiona enseñar, soy paciente y tengo vocación para la enseñanza, me gusta trabajar duro para poder brindar buenas herramientas de aprendizaje a mis estudiantes, soy muy activa, por lo tanto hago que mis lecciones sean muy motivadoras e innovadora, pero sobre todo busco que mis estudiantes se sientan cómodos y entretenidos con mis clases. Durante años compaginé mis estudios y mis trabajos dando clases de apoyo (sobre todo de francés) a niñas y niños de entre 6 a 15 años, y he comprendido que cada persona es un mundo. --> Yo, por ejemplo, para memorizar cosas, tengo que crear imágenes mentales creando relaciones de colores, letras, dibujos… por eso soy horrible haciendo operaciones matemáticas, memorizando textos o recordando nombres y fechas SI NO LOS RELACIONO CON ALGO. --> Cada persona tiene su método y proceso de aprendizaje. I´m a Spanish teacher specialize in advance speakers. I´m certificated as Spanish teacher by the Cervantes Institute and as Official Examiner of the level C1- C2 DELE Exam´s. I have a particular style as I teach Spanish through newspapers, literature, ted talks and other original resources. I also specialize in a specific way of teaching grammar: cognitive grammar. With that course, I teach you to think like a native speaker. I just work with 10 students each time (maximum of 5 class per day) so I ensure that I have the energy needed to fulfil its expectations.

Learning a language is a difficult process, especially at first, because you don’t know how to start but that’s the reason why I’m here! Al principio quería aprender idiomas para mejorar mis habilidades comunicativas, sin embargo, en este proceso me di cuenta de que aprender un idioma es mucho más que eso. Es conocer una cultura, valores, historia y gente increíble. Se trata de una experiencia extremadamente gratificante. Y es por ello por lo que decidí ayudar a otras personas a experimentar dichas emociones. Por otro lado, en este proceso aprendí que la única forma de aprender un idioma es estar en contacto constantemente con un nativo que te guíe en este proceso de aprendizaje y te dé todo el feedback necesario, y sobre todo pasártelo bien.

Me gusta preparar las clases para que sean productivas y aprovechar al máximo el tiempo. Trabajo con ejercicios personalizados para cada alumno ya que intento avanzar al ritmo que tu necesites, pero sin estancarnos, no hay nada peor a la hora de aprender algo que la desgana, por eso mismo voy a hacer todo lo posible para mantener tu motivación a tope y que veas mejoría en tu nivel de español a corto plazo. Yo te proporciono todo el material que puedas necesitar, desde las lecciones en pdf a esquemas y resúmenes, vocabulario, diccionarios, textos… ¡Tu solo tienes que traer ganas de aprender!

Creo que enseñar es algo que siempre ha estado en mí, disfruto mucho haciéndolo, no solamente creo que mis alumnos aprenden sino que siempre aprendo yo algo de ellos, bien sea carisma, paciencia, conocimiento cultural. Para mi el enseñar es un intercambio y soy muy afortunada de poder dedicarme a ello como medio de vida. I truly believe that teaching is something that has always been in me, I admit that is how I best enjoy myself. Personally, I think it works both ways, my students learn the language meanwhile I always end up learning something from them too ( more charisma, patience, cultural customs). Teaching is the best exchange ever and I feel lucky just be called teacher or mentor.
