Sono madrelingua italiana e mi piacerebbe aiutarvi a perfezionare l'uso della mia lingua. Non ho diplomi o attestati di insegnamento, ma ho svolto per 12 anni attività di insegnamento doposcuola e di ripetizioni di lingua italiana.

My classes are learner-centered and my role is that of a facilitator and guide during your language learning process. I use an inductive approach, so the classes will be more engaging and it will help you develop all the main skills. I love what I do, so I will always start our classes with a smile on my face!

I have a bachelor's degree in teaching Italian and English as foreign languages and I have experience in teaching to whole school classes but also in training individual students. I really enjoy teaching one-to-one lessons because students get to talk a lot and I can tailor the lesson to every student's needs. Having learned different languages myself, I can totally understand how you feel as a language learner, and thanks to my experience with international students, I have a feeling for the most difficult topics. Therefore, I'll make the class atmosphere as relaxed as possible :)

I have been teaching for years, inspired by my mum's work (teaching is a family thing :) As a child I used to listen to my mum teaching and that's how I soon realized that was my cup of tea as well! :D I am very patient and smiley. I love the power of words and I speak very clearly, using a large variety of words. Moreover, I am very good at telling tales and get people involved into the magic and charm of the Italian language and culture :)

Ho iniziato a insegnare italiano nel 2016 all'Asociación Dante Alighieri di Málaga, e da allora non ho mai smesso! Il mio motto è "non smettere mai di imparare", ed è quello che cerco di trasmettere a tutti i miei studenti (oltre all'amore per l'italiano, certo!).

Mi piace coinvolgere gli studenti in attività che attraggano la loro attenzione e su argomenti molto vari in modo da poter spaziare su varie tematiche. In questo modo saranno pronti ad affrontare a proprio agio conversazioni di vario tipo. Di fondamentale importanza è focalizzarsi sui punti di debolezza dell'alunno e fare in modo che diventino i loro cavalli di battaglia.

Mi piace utilizzare un documento condiviso google doc da usare come quaderno degli appunti. Con questo documento possiamo tenere traccia dei progressi dello studente e possiamo incollare articoli, immagini o slide utili per imparare la lingua. Posso conversare su praticamente qualsiasi cosa e utilizzo la conversazione come metodo informale per spiegare grammatica e concetti.

Da dicembre 2020 insegno italiano agli studenti stranieri in alcune scuole di Milano. Trovo che sia una esperienza gratificante e molto interessante. Mi considero un'insegnante paziente e comprensiva.

I have over six years' experience teaching languages to children, teenagers, and adults of different backgrounds and nationalities. I have taught English and Italian in Italy, Australia, Germany, Macedonia, England, Slovakia and Spain on a one-to-one basis as well as in a group setting. I took my CELTA Certificate (Pass B) in 2016 at IH Milan. In 2018 I also completed the IH CYLT course that helped me develop my skills in teaching young leaners. I have been teaching on ITALKI since 2014 and it is the best job I have ever had. I have been teaching some of my students online since the very beginning. I have also met some of them in person, either in their own countries or in Italy.

My first aim is to make you feel comfortable speaking Italian. As a language learner myself, I know the challenges of overcoming that fear, that's why I will create a space where you don't feel judged and where you can learn by your mistakes.

I did maths and physics tutoring for high school students, while this will be my first experience as an Italian language tutor. However, I believe I will be able to do that since I am a native speaker and I have an excellent knowledge of grammar. I also have a good knowledge of English, gained at school and during periods spent abroad; for this reason I can also teach students who have difficulties in having a conversation in Italian.

I have been teaching Italian at the University of the Third Age in Noosa, Australia, for the last 2 years. I love when someone wants to learn my language and my culture!

I have a Master Degree in teaching Italian and the CELTA certification to teach English, so I can truly understand the differences between the two languages and I can help you avoid translation errors and recognize false friends. I consider myself fortunate to have had the chance to combine the two things I love the most - travelling and teaching and in fact I taught languages in several countries: Uk, China, Germany and now Italy. My lessons are based on conversation and I'll make sure to give you the language tools in order to speak Italian or English from day one. Sono un'insegnante solare, socievole e molto paziente. So bene cosa vuol dire imparare una lingua: prima di essere una tutor linguistica in italki, sono una studentessa da più di un anno di inglese, francese e tedesco. Sai perché? Perché la prima regola è la costanza, solo così potremo ottenere insieme dei veri e propri risultati. I have been teaching Italian for three years to students of all ages. Since May 2019 I am also a CELI examiner so I can help you in preparing a certification exam (not only CELI but also CILS and PLIDA).
