I'm adaptive to your needs and I always aim to keep the lessons relaxed. I take on a limited amount of students, to be able to better give you the attention and continuity needed for learning.

Have great experience working with people and teaching languages. I am a people person, with good communication skills, patient and dedicated.

Though only on an informal basis, I have always enjoyed teaching others since I know clearly what it is like to be on the other end as a student and aim to make students as comfortable as possible. I help motivate students to achieve success by concentrating on the goals that they have set for themselves. I keep teaching balanced by focusing on accurate pronunciation, correct grammar, and even additional areas such as language register (spoken vs. written language, slang, etc.).

Are you: - New to learning? - Looking to simply learn Icelandic for fun? - Do you want to take your existing skills further? Whatever the reason, I want to volunteer to be your guide. I know that it can be difficult and frustrating to learn Icelandic all on your own, with no guiding or coaching. The task may seem incredibly difficult at first. Have you been putting off your language learning journey because you’re afraid that the language is just too damn tricky to master? Well, lucky you! Because my lessons are geared towards solving your problems and get you out of this pain and into pleasure!

I am fun and bubbly, and I will not make the lessons feel like chores. I will be strict about homework, but at the end of the day - you are the one who is supposed to benefit from our lessons.
