During all the years that I was teaching, I had students from all ages and from different cultural backgrounds and I should say that I learned a lot from all of them and I am grateful for every single moments that I spent with them. I enjoy giving students motivations and confidence, trying to find out their probable problems and solving them in an innovative way and most of all, I enjoy seeing them becoming a better version of themselves every day.

I come from a family of teachers who taught me that the best teaching method is based on student motivation and practice. In general, I give homework and correct it together with the student, trying to teach the content in the simplest and most dynamic way possible.

I always push my students to talk as much as possible because practice is the best way to improve your language skills! I incentivise them talking about topic they are passionate about. I help my students improving their vocabulary, their grammar, their pronunciation. I want them to feel comfortable having a day-to-day conversation in french. I am a primary school teacher (first grade) so I am used to teaching French and reflecting on the language. This has allowed me to take a step back from my mother tongue and to understand the ins and outs of it. Speaking is in my opinion the most important element of a language because it is what we will use to communicate and what we all (in general) spend more time getting comfortable with. Through role-playing, role-playing situations, discussions about a specific topic or current events, I like to bring in points of grammar and understanding of the language. Writing also plays an important role in my teaching and is always put in parallel with speaking.

Usually at the very beginning I will assess your language level, to make sure that the materials we’re going to be using during the course can actually be suitable and useful for your needs. I’m very patient and always try to create an enjoyable lesson.

J'ai étudié à l'Université Nanterre Paris X l'histoire, la littérature et la philosophie, et je suis diplômée d'un Master de Médiation culturelle. J'ai récemment terminé une formation d'enseignement de FLE - Français Langue Etrangère, avec l'Alliance Française de Vichy. Travaillant actuellement à l'Alliance française, je suis tout le temps en contact avec des étudiants apprenant le français. Pour moi, la meilleure façon d'apprendre une langue est de parler avec les locaux. C'est comme ça que j'ai appris l'espagnol ! I developed a passion for learning foreign languages. I have been studying Polish and Ukrainian diligently for the past year and before that, I was learning German, Russian and even some Estonian! I have completed most of the online language learning apps and programs, have read many language learning books, have had many language exchanges and even private lessons.

J'ai aussi de l'expérience avec le public anglophone en ayant travaillé à l'Alliance Française de Melbourne. Je parle donc français, anglais et espagnol. J'ai travaillé avec tous types de publics (enfants, ados et adultes) de tous niveaux (A1 à C1). J'ai également de l'expérience dans la préparation au DELF et au TCF.
