In 2011 I signed up at the Teaching Training College, where not only did I learn about languages but also about pedagogy. For this reason, I always design meaningful lessons based on the communicative approach and the four skills (Reading, writing, speaking and listening). These lessons are always prepared taking into consideration the interests of the learner and the objectives set to improve any aspect of the language. Besides, I try to create a good and comfortable atmosphere where the learner feels free of making mistakes and they are seen as a way to improve the learning path.

I simply find JOY in what I do! I like to create a friendly-environment where my students can enjoy a rich learning experience. I always plan my lesson in a way that addresses the various needs and different learning styles of my students. I am a creative teacher who likes to make her own materials and activities that would be fun and engaging.

I hold a Scientific Master degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have been working as an English Teacher for 6 years already, teaching different ages, levels and cultural groups. I have taught children from 3 - 13 years old in training schools in China. I have taught high school students in a high school in Albania. I have worked as a tutor of preparatory classes for Cambridge Exams in an Italian University.

I have been teaching online for about 6 years. As a teacher I am patient, kind, understanding, & encouraging. I also am a student (I speak Spanish. I understand a lot of Portuguese because of my Spanish background, & I just started learning Russian.) One of my strong points as a teacher is my ability to make students feel relaxed & comfortable, & this time this leads to increased confidence. I especially enjoy teaching introverts and immigrants, as I have extensive personal experience in overcoming these specific challenges. Two years ago I started teaching on Italki and also gave extra lesson to high school students. From August 2017 until December 2018 I taught German and English in a language school in Ho Chi Minh City. The biggest city in Vietnam and gained a lot of experience in teaching in front of a class. During this time I realized one of the biggest challenges in learning a language. Self-confidence. Also the structure and way of teaching was not always efficient. In order to support the Vietnamese education system and especially the students, together with my Co-Founders we set up our own German language center in Vietnam. Currently we teach all levels and hope to inspire more young students!
