I major in educatican in university and postgraduate, so I have plenty of educational knowledge and theoretical accumulation. Since graduation, I have been engaged in English teaching for more than 6 years. I have rich practical teaching experience. I will flexibly deal with various problems that arise during the teaching process. The teaching plan will also be adjusted according to the needs of students and their different learning purposes. My classroom is always student-centered and the teacher only guides and encourage them when appropriate. My course aims to improve students' comprehensive language ability, including the improvement of language ability, learning ability, thinking quality and cultural literacy. I hope to create a comfortable learning environment together so that students are not afraid of making mistakes and dare to ask questions. In addition, I think the very important aspect of language learning is attitude. Attitude comes first. The improvement of language ability may be a very slow process. We cannot rush for success.
