Hello, I am Cheng. My hobbies are reading novels, watching TV dramas, and I am really into Chinese dance and music. love the Chinese language and I love teaching people about my language and my culture. I can teach any level: beginners, intermediate and advanced students. And I enjoy teaching both kids and adults.

我的教學經歷

I studied English when I was in university, at that time I made some foreign friends. I liked to discuss Chinese culture with them and to teach them Chinese. When I am teaching, I was always careful to teach them what they wanted to learn, and I kept practicing with them to ensure that they had mastered the language we were working on.

我的課程內容與教學風格

In my lessons I follow the curriculum of HSK, the official Chinese Language program (level 1-6). We can use this curriculum to help you speak, listen, read and write better Chinese or as exam preparation. I also have a lot of other useful learning resources with which I can help you to improve your language skills. I can help you to learn to talk about things that interest you in Chinese as well as learning to talk about the usual subjects that Chinese people like to discuss. Of course, these include our favorite topic: food! As well as our jobs and what we like to do in our free time. Before you know it, you will be able to have a chat with a native Chinese speaker!

Liz plans relevant course material for each student based on their learning goals, and also switches up the course content to keep things always interesting and fun. She is also very helpful in fixing grammar mistakes and providing feedback on how to write sentences and express your thoughts more naturally in Chinese.
