Hello, I’m Aya. I was born and raised in Tokyo. I am here as a community tutor to inspire you that learning Japanese is fun. When I’m not teaching on the Italki, I work as a Speech-Language therapist. And I’ve been deeply studying Japanese grammar for teaching better. I like traveling and taking pictures. I’ve been to Peru,Bolivia,Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand,Singapore,Italy, and France. I also have many other countries I want to visit in the future. Please tell me your hobbies in my class ;)

I’m friendly and patient. Because I know how difficult learning foreign language is though I’ve been studying English for 2 years. Don’t be afraid. Let’s enjoy! 【 Note 1 】 I usually open my class on Wednesdays. But I sometimes open on Monday. I'm sorry for the inconvenience to you 【 Note 2 】 When you book a class, could you tell me what kind of Japanese character you can read please? I'll type that character when I give you feedback in my class. 1) ひらがな 2) カタカナ 3) 漢字 4) Roma-ji Roma-ji is the same as the English alphabet, but pronunciation is a little bit different. ex; Roma-ji / Ra Re Ri Ro Ru / sound like English [ La Le Li Lo Lu ] Roma-ji / Fu / sounds like English / who /
