As a teacher, I like to keep my classes very casual. The reason I think this approach is very successful because no matter what language you speak, the formal jargon and terms of your field will eventually be easier for you as you grow to learn, experience, and practically use it. However, it is the casual conversation building that we never learn specifically. And, if it's a new language you are trying to have a conversation in-you'll surely need help. I do like to prepare customized lesson plans for each of my students as I believe every student is different and has a different level of skillsets. It is important for me as a teacher to recognize the talent my students have and tap into the right section. Also, knowing what the students want is also an important step in creating my lesson plan. Whether you need accent training, speech training, subject-verb agreements, grammar, vocabulary, storytelling, presentations, and so on; I will be there for you!我的教材
