Hi. I'm Michelle and I'm currently residing in the beautiful island of Camiguin, Philippines. I`m 33 years of age and I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher, major in Social Science. I am a TEFL and TESOL certificate holder. I had an ESL Teaching experience both offline and online with children and adults in different levels and skills. I love cooking and singing. I am fond of watching documentaries, reality shows and suspense movies. I am always interested in studying Pronunciation with IPA and Grammar. I am very friendly and easy to talk to. I like people who talks to me directly and act as if I've known them forever.

我的教學經歷

As a teacher, I am very consistent and patient with my students. I am well-driven and focus because I want my students to learn and succeed. I am a jolly teacher and I don't like any negative atmosphere because it's not a good motivation in class. I like to be positive all the time because it can have a tremendous positive impact on the students and everyone around us. Looking on the bright side always seems to help make things better. Everyone looks at a great teacher and wants to be a better teacher, a better student, and even a better person. A great teacher uncovers hidden treasures, possibilities, and magic right before everyone’s eyes. I am also open-minded, open to great & new ideas.

我的課程內容與教學風格

I specialize in reading, listening, writing, pronunciation, grammar, and TOEFL. I like teaching pronunciation because it has a big impact in communication. Basic grammar usage is very important too. My teaching style is student-centered. Student-Centered Teaching is giving students voice, choice, and autonomy to take control of their own learning. It lets them use the resources and learning tools in the classroom to help their journey. Student-Centered means the teacher is actually facilitating the learning process, because there are about four different things happening in class at any given time. Placing students at the center of their own learning requires their collaboration.
