As a teacher, I have experience designing bespoke one-to-one classes. I adapt the course to the individuals, and create original and engaging curriculum. I've built strong supportive relationships with my students
I have worked with a range of students from ages 13-18, and covered a wide range of subjects and ability of learners from IAL English Language, IELTS to beginner.
I am professional, reliable and punctual throughout my time teaching. I endeavour to have a clear communication with students and always willing to provide ready feedback. 我的課程內容與教學風格
In education, I think it is important to assess the knowledge of the group or individual you're teaching and adopt new ideas based on the needs and culture of the group/individual. Since my CELTA, I have always been wary of my teaching talking time and am conscious to use practical and participatory methods in which members of the class can participate in-group discussions. I encourage and value different views in a classroom and open the classroom up so that information can flow in many different directions rather than directly from a teacher. I aim to develop relationships with the students built on honesty, trust and respect.我的教材
