Hi. I'm Soosun. I’m a native Korean speaker and born and raised in Korea. I can also speak English and Japanese fluently.
I have been teaching hundreds of students from different cultural background, both online and classroom. Over the course of my career, many of my students who started from zero have become fluent in Korean and passed the TOPIK exam.
Before being a professional Korean language teacher, I had worked as a company worker for 7 years. I worked for a German multinational company in Korea and in Japan as a sales and marketing executive.
I love drawing, cooking and reading.我的教學經歷
It’s been 8 years after I became a Korean teacher. All this while, I’ve worked for a few of the most renowned language institutes in Singapore and in Malaysia. Furthermore, I’ve been teaching non-Korean office workers in their company so they could be ready for communicating with native Korean clients at work.
My qualifications:
TESOL Diploma(for ESL Teacher) - Global College of Canada (2016)
Certificate of Korean Language Teacher - Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korea (2013)

What is prepared for you before/after the class:
- Assessment test if it is your first class with me.
- Worksheets provided for the lessons
We will begin with an assessment to figure out your level in the first lesson. And then we will design a personalized plan to move forward based on your needs and goals. The lessons can be adjusted depending on your learning pace.
In my class, you can learn comprehensive Korean language skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing. Here is my sincere advice from my experience. Always keep in mind that the important thing is to learn properly; it’s not necessary to learn fast.
