I'm Ruben, 24 years old and born in the Netherlands. I currently reside in Colombia, where I'm growing my own business in international student housing. I work a lot with international people from all over the world, that speak all kinds of languages! I have traveled and worked in many different countries: Panama, Colombia, Lima, United States, Poland, China and many more. I love to see and experience new things and get to know new people.

我的教學經歷

I'm a very hands-on teacher. Learning languages with me means that we will cover the basic grammar and vocabulary that we need, but quickly switch to have conversations in the language you want to learn. We'll go over why you want to learn the language, and set weekly and monthly goals to achieve it! Learning a language can be a little difficult and dreadful, and that's why I love to combine learning the languages, with subjects and things you like! We'll talk about anything that makes you comfortable and happy to talk about, and won't have boring conversations that you wouldn't have in your own language anyway.

Part 1: Goalsetting. We set an overall goal for learning the language, and create a roadmap to achieving this. Part 2: Mainly grammar & vocabulary (based on your interests) that we will be studying together. Part 3: Talking, talking and more talking. We will talk about anything that makes you practice the language.
